ISSET: The International Space School Education Trust
Cosm is a huge fan of the work ISSET does. They have extensive links within the space community and especially with Nasa. Their aim is to utilise space and space exploration to bring science to life within the classroom and extend interest in science to outside the classroom.

Richard Garriott: Computer game pioneer and private astronaut
Richard Garriott, famed video game developer, followed in his father’s footsteps in 2008 and launched onboard a Russian Soyuz spacecraft to the International Space Station. Richard’s father Owen Garriott is a former NASA astronaut who completed two space missions during his career. British-born, Richard was the the first second generation Astronaut in space. As part of a MetroCosm competition, he took with him experiments designed by Cosm readers.
